2006-2007 Pacific Cup Hockey REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Here is the registration process for the 2006-2007 season:

1. All registrations for Pacific Cup tournaments will still be by fax ONLY. This gives the office the needed hard copy. The registration form is available on the website under the “Info and Forms” section. All entries must be faxed to the Pacific Cup office, at 951-587-2537, prior to 3:00 PM of the Sunday preceding the tournament. Even if the registration form is faxed to the office before the deadline, your team may not get in if the tournament is already full. The tournaments fill up quickly and it is highly recommended that teams register as far in advance as possible.

2. Full payment is due at the time of entry. All payments will be processed before the tournament, but no earlier than 10 days before. The entry fee is non-refundable.

3. The registration form allows for a variety of payment methods. If you are paying by check, $425 is due at the time of entry. Please fax in the registration form along with a copy of the check. The reservation, by check, will be held for four (4) days, pending the receipt of the check. For teams playing in 5-team divisions, the balance of $70 will be due at the tournament. Please make all checks payable to MAJOR HOCKEY, LLC.

4. If you are paying by credit card, the full amount will be charged to the credit card once it is determined whether the team is playing in a 4 or 6-team tournament ($425) or a 5-team tournament ($495). The payment will be processed before the tournament, but no earlier than 10 days before the tournament. An additional $25 will be charged for all entries paid by credit card. The preferred method of payment is by check.

5. Verification of entry will be by email. Please make sure to provide your email address on the registration form. The “Verification of Entry” will be emailed to the team manager, as soon as we verify that the requested division will be playing and that there is a slot for your team. Those teams that did not get into the tournament will either receive a phone call or email, as well. All email communications regarding registration are usually sent 7 days prior to the tournament.

6. The insurance fee remains at $175 per team. It is due at the time of entry into the team’s 2nd tournament. The Team Insurance Form is available on our website under the “Info and Forms” section. This is a “team fee” and covers however many players may come and go on a team throughout the season. The form is available on the website. If a player plays on more than one team (i.e. PW and Bantam), that player must be covered under each team separately. Payment may either be by credit card via fax or by mail.
